Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with our products for a specific reason we would like to do what we can to satisfy you. Call us in the first instance within 7 days of receipt to discuss your issue, we will give you return instructions if appropriate. All returns must be, unmarked and in original wrapping. We will refund the full product cost, but we will not refund delivery or return postage and packing costs. We are not able to accept returns that are not notified to us within 7 days of receipt.
